With many years of experience in Vietnam, Mr. Don Lam is a leading expert in investment, M&A, business restructuring. He is a regular speaker at international investment seminars and is referred as “Mr. Wall Street” in Fortune magazine. As the Deputy Head of Private Sector Development Committee, he is in charge of working with other members of the Board to find solutions to reform and improve the business environment, gather and attract resources from the private sector, advise on the ways to develop and effectively operate investment capital flows for the Vietnamese economy.

Mr. Tran Trong Kien is a founding shareholder of Thien Minh Group (TMG), a private travel company which provides tourism services on the Indochinese peninsula. Over the past 23 years, the company has become one of the leading hotel travel corporation in the region. Kien is also a member of the Board of Directors of other organizations such as Asia Commercial Bank, Fulbright University Vietnam, Vinaland, Tourism Association, Tourism Advisory Board. He is currently a key member of PSD Committee as an advisor on solutions to develop Vietnam’s tourism industry.

Dr. Truong Gia Binh has made many practical and positive contributions to the development of Vietnamese businesses and entrepreneurs as well as the software and IT services industry. In 2012, he was voted by VnExpress into the list of 50 Pioneers of Vietnam. In 2013, he was awarded the Nikkei Asia Award for great contributions not only in the development of FPT Corporation but also in the overall development of the IT industry. Currently, he is Head of the Private Economic Development Research Department of the Prime Minister's Reform Advisory Council for administrative procedure reform and is in charge of advising the Prime Minister on mechanisms and solutions to develop private economy placed in the overall national economy.

Delilah Chan is Sales Director, Advertising Sales, responsible for the Southeast Asia region.
With 18 years of experience working and leading teams across Southeast Asia, Chan oversees CNN’s Advertising Sales team based in Singapore. In this role, she is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and manage relationships with key clients and agencies to drive CNNIC’s business goals through multi-platform strategies that are industry-leading and innovative. Chan reports to Sunita Rajan, Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales, Asia Pacific, CNN International Commercial.
Prior to joining CNN International Commercial, Chan was the Head of Sales in APAC for SuperAwesome, the largest kids-focused digital media platform in the world. Before that, she held positions such as Head of Business for Twitter in SEA, and led the BBC Advertising Sales team in Singapore.

Mr. Vu The Binh graduated as a bachelor of Mathematics, Hanoi National University. He has been working as a member of several organizations including acting Vice Chairman of Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA), Chairman of Vietnam Society of Travel Agents (VISTA), former General Director of Travel Department of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), former General Director of Tourism Technology Center.
In the course of his work, Binh has been recognized for his contributions to the national tourism including being awarded the first - class Labor Order by the President, Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, an author of Vietnam tourism handbook “Non Nuoc Viet Nam”.

Mr. Hoang Nhan Chinh is tourism expert with 30-year experience on the position of management of the large tour operators in Vietnam such as: Saigontourist, Hanoitourist, JTB-TNT and Diethelm Travel Vietnam. From 2011, he worked as tourism specialist of EU-ESRT (the EU – funded Environmentally and Socially Responsible Tourism capacity development programme) and specialist on Competitiveness, Public – Private Partnership and Management Destination. Mr. Chinh is now head of Travel Advisory Board Secretariat.

Wendy Wu is the founder and owner of Wendy Wu Tours, the leading specialist tour operator to China, Japan and Vietnam in the UK and Australia. Established in 1998, and with offices in London, Sydney, Auckland, Beijing, Shanghai and Xian, Wendy Wu Tours operates escorted tours and tailor-made holidays in over 30 countries across Asia and South America. Wendy was inducted into the British Travel Industry Hall of Fame in 2016 and was awarded Australia’s second most influential women in travel in 2017. Wendy lives in London and is a frequent keynote speaker at travel industry and travel consortia events and conferences in the UK and Australia.

Dr. Trinh Le Anh is the Head of Event Management Department, Lecturer of Faculty of Tourism - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He studied International Relations at Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. He is an inspiring lecturer for tourism students, as well as a favorite television host and an event organizer specialist. Mr.Le Anh regularly attends in art events, concerts, and big cultural festivals in Vietnam because of his hobbies and expertising with the culture and tourism industry as well as for research and development purposes. Through this role, Mr.Le Anh has influenced positively on the society and the community.
Dr.Trinh Le Anh also involved in many social activities with the role of KOL, spreading messages, was a consulted expert of the Culture - Tourism sector, a lecturer of PR - Communication – Event, soft skills and is also a scriptwriter and producer for a number of television shows and events.

Stefano Bortoli (58) was appointed by ATR’s shareholders, Airbus and Leonardo, as Chief Executive Officer of ATR in September 2018. Prior to this position, Stefano Bortoli was President of the ATR Board and Senior Vice-President (SVP) Strategy and Sales of Leonardo’s Aircraft Division from March 2017. Previously, he served as SVP Sales and Marketing of Leonardo Helicopter division from 2015 to 2017, and as SVP Staff Functions & Governance of Augusta Westland, from 2013 to 2015.
Between 2011 and 2013, he was Chief Executive Officer of Snai Group, an Italian firm specialised in the gaming market. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Lottomatica/GTECH in the United States, also in the gaming industry. From 1989 to 2006, Stefano Bortoli was Co-Director and CFO at Alenia Aeronautica. Stefano Bortoli started his professional career in 1985 in Italy as Internal Auditor at the pharmaceutical firm Johnson and Johnson and later spent three years at Ispettorato IRI, an Italian state-owned holding company.
He holds a degree cum laude in Economics from the University of Rome. He served as Officer at Guardia di Finanza, the Italian Financial Police, in 1984 and 1985.

Mr. Kenneth Atkinson started his career in international banking and after 14 years, including assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, he set up his own consultancy business. With over 42 years emerging market experience and 40 years Asian experience, Ken has undertaken corporate finance transactions in many emerging markets worldwide (Eastern Europe, the People’s Republic of China and several other countries in South East Asia).
Ken has been working almost exclusively in Vietnam, Cambodia and Lao PDR during the last 28 years. Ken has a wealth of experience in the hotel and tourism sector having been involved in financing hotels in Asia, advising developers, advising owners on hotel operator selection, working with operators and doing feasibility studies. Ken advised on the first Hotel Joint Venture in the PRC in 1979 and one of the first projects in Vietnam in 1989. Currently he is Executive Chairman of Grant Thornton Vietnam and Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Laos

Dr. Luong Hoai Nam is Vice Chairman, Hoang Gia GOTADI; JSC, member of Vietnam Tourism Advisory Board (TAB) and former member of Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA). He got his bachelor’s and doctorate degrees in Soviet Union. Before joining Vietstar Airlines, he did hold various senior positions at Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar Pacific Airlines, Hai Au Aviation and Nam Long Real Estate Group. He’s an author frequently writing about aviation development and urban transportation.

Mr. Douglas Hainsworth is a renowned sustainable tourism expert with a passion to think and collaborate across disciplines: His broad academic background features a BA in Geography, an MA in Community and Regional Planning (Tourism Development), and Degrees in both Tourism Marketing and Tourism/Hospitality Management. Douglas has worked in the hospitality and travel private sector as well as guiding sustainable tourism initiatives with the development and public sectors. With long-time engagement in SE Asia that covers 20 years in Vietnam Douglas has a wide breath of experiences and insights to share. Currently Douglas is the International Team Leader of the Swiss Sustainable Tourism Program Vietnam.

Mr. Ngo Minh Duc is the Founder & Chairman of HG Holdings, a leading tourism group in Vietnam and Indochina. Graduated from Hanoi Economics University, Duc joined the national carrier Vietnam Airlines in 1993. In 2000, Duc worked with Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) to organize the very first Vietnam Tourism Roadshow oversea in Australia. In 2003, he successfully organized the event “Back to the Future” to promote Vietnam Tourism and Vietnam Airlines after SARS (bird flu) disease. In 2004, Duc left Vietnam Airlines to become the Director of HG Travel (now known as Asia DMC) a member of HG Holdings and in the same year, he set up American Airlines Office in Vietnam. With 24 years of experience in airlines and tourism business, Duc has built HG Holdings to become a group with more than 850 multilingual local and international professionals and worldwide representative offices. Duc has a dream of building HG Holdings to be a 100 years old company as well as creating new jobs and wealthy life for Vietnamese people by developing Vietnam Tourism. While conducting business and following his dream, Duc always commit to contribute actively to the development of local community. Duc is also the member of Vietnam Tourism Advisory Board since 2012.

Kai Partale is a Tourism Development and Marketing Strategist who partners with government representatives and business executives to develop and grow their destinations, businesses and visitor experiences, sustainably. After spending nearly two decades working in advising positions for tourism and hospitality brands on behalf of corporates, EU, UN and GIZ in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, Kai knows what truly drives visitor’s satisfactions, increased social and economic benefits for businesses and communities and minimizing the ecological impact. It is all about the distinctive understanding of the tourism industry he is trying to help and communicate his best advise back to them.
He was able to establish a special relationship with Vietnam during his four years of work on an EU project, in which he was able to work in a friendly and professional manner with the players in the tourism industry and the government. Kai studied Tourism Geography, Marketing and Sociology at the Universities of Trier, Germany and Murcia, Spain.

Emily leads strategic partner relationship for Google marketing solutions across Travel , Finance, Mobile Apps and Telecoms industries in Vietnam. Prior to this she ran new business acquisition for Google across Southeast Asia. During the last 7 years in Google, her team has worked closely with many multinational companies and local travel groups to help them find more customers through Google platforms. Prior to Google, Emily has also worked in management consulting, where she advised multinationals on market entry and due diligence in the Asia-Pacific.

Ajay Gandotra is Senior Director, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Visa Vietnam & Laos. He is a seasoned retail banking & payments professional with over 21 years of international experience in large MNCs & Banks across geographies like India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam.
Prior to joining VISA, Ajay was the head of digital initiatives and merchant acquiring business for FE Credit (VP Bank Finance Co.) in Vietnam where he was actively involved in championing the financial inclusion vision of the company through innovative, solution led digital approach for the first time category entrants - both for consumers and micro merchants.
Ajay completed his mechanical engineering degree from MANIT, Bhopal and his Post Graduate Diploma from IRMA, Gujarat. He comes from the beautiful state of Jammu & Kashmir in India.

Prior to relocating to Singapore from New York in Sept 2014, John was the VP, International Advertising for BBC Worldwide Americas, and previous to that position he was based in Australia where, amongst other things, he successfully launched BBC.com into that market. Before moving to Australia in 2005, John was based at the BBC Advertising HQ in London, where he was Regional Advertising Director, CEEMA (Central & Eastern Europe, Mediterranean & Africa)
Johns career in media spans 30 years and 5 continents. Prior to the BBC he worked in the UK for ITV, WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather Media, Omnicom’s MGOMD, Virgin Radio, and a dot.com start up Sports.com. In 2001 John took a sabbatical to take part in the 2000/2001 Round The World Clipper Yacht Race.
